When you think of Unicorns you think colors, beauty, and strength. That’s the same impression you get when you meet the founder of Lime Crime, Doe Deere. She founded Lime Crime back in 2008 with lots of goals in mind. Dropping out of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City did not stop this entrepreneur. She created a successful clothing line of bright colors, but she was having a hard time matching her clothes to her makeup. Since she could not find the correct colors to match her clothes, Doe decided to make them herself. Always having had a love affair with fairytales and makeup, she combined the two and magically got the successful brand name Lime Crime. Lime Crime is a cruelty-free, vegan and fun beauty line filled with amazingly bright and rare colors.

 

She successfully established her clothing line using the knowledge she had gained at the university. Even though clothing was her initial passion, after dipping into making her own makeup, she never turned back. Makeup became her number one passion and luckily for her, the business took off. Using only the new blog she created for her brand, she used herself to model the process as well as the finished product. This ultimately is where she began to gain her solid fans of the products. Easy to use and fun to wear, her products gained popularity quickly. Now with over 3 million followers on Instagram, she has learned that listening to your customers is key to progression. She knows that paying attention to comments, both good and bad, is how her and the company will grow.

 

Having her eyes set on the future she is still very focused on innovating new colors and products for Lime Crime. She believes firmly that the new generations not only inspire her new looks, but a lot of new products. She understand that most of the new generation grew up online making her website a must in winning them over. No matter what she feels she must change in the future she still has strong ties to her fairytales. Most of her ideas come from her favorite themes, fantasies and mystical creatures. Imagining what those fantasies would look like in real life is how she can actually bring her ideas to life.

She partnered with the right laboratory for her products giving her the extra time she needs to focus on expanding not only her business, but helping others achieve their goals. DANIEL TAUB AS ISRAEL’S AMBASSADOR

Strategy and planning director of Yad Hanadiv foundation Daniel Taub was born and bred in Britain in 1962. He was educated at London college university, Harvard University at the Kennedy School of Government and Oxford University College.

In 1989 he relocated to Israel and operated as a combat medic and reserve officer in Israel Defense Force and Israel’s law international division. He moved to the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1991 and controlled several diplomatic and legal positions.

In 2011- 2015 he served as United Kingdom ambassador to Israel. In addition to being a law diplomat, he is also an author of numerous articles, one book titled; Parasha Diplomatic and a director to HeChtzer, a drama series movie.

During his four years term as the ambassador, Israel and UK trade doubled with more than 300 new Israel’s businesses set up in the UK.

The yearly bilateral trade between the two countries rose to an approximate figure of $7 billion, according to Britain–Israel commerce chamber. Generally during Daniel Taub’s tenure, noteworthy academic, cultural and business links were observed.

When he was Israel’s ambassador in the UK, George Galloway who was Bradford West Member of Parliament declared his constituency a zone free from Israel.

Daniel Taub visited the constituency to hold meetings with faith leaders, councilors and several other people to iron out the issue with their MP. Daniel Taub mentioned how important it is for a community integrated with different cultures, believes, backgrounds and faith to cooperate and work together.

In his farewell interview in 2011, Daniel Taub mentioned that it was a good feeling to help narrow the academic and business gap between UK and Israel.

He further added that the co-operation between the two countries was not a competition but rather a strategic move to put the two nations closer. Britain, to Israel, is a crucial country, not just a historical way.

He further mentioned that he was worried that Iran would not stick to their agreement of any longer making nuclear weapons, and that would cause more harm than good in the Middle East and the world at large.

He further added that the Jewish community, however a small asset to the Diaspora, he needed to nourish the strategic asset for them, Israel and Great Britain.

Serial Plaintiff, Nutrition Distribution, no match for Enhanced Athlete

Enhanced Athlete is a bodybuilding, food, and wellness company based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and it was founded in 2014 by former US champion bodybuilder, Tony “Dr. Huge” Hughes. It is a constituent of a family of companies that offer an extensive line of products intended to facilitate the endeavors of those interested in fitness and/or bodybuilding. “Dr. Huge’s” ambition is to further research Enhanced Athlete products to achieve better effectiveness and safety. The company has seemingly satisfied customers all over the world, and has a Facebook page that boasts over 163,000 followers and counting. He also has a popular YouTube channel called EnhancedAthlete TV where he documents his jaunts around the world. The channel is dedicated to following him on these expeditions. His interest being “finding experts and experimenting on [himself] and others, crushing ignorance and false old beliefs in favor of truth and freedom.”

 

Enhanced Athlete was sued by Nutrition Distribution, a fitness company who has also sued and sent cease and desist letters demanding money to over 70 other fitness and bodybuilding companies. Their claim against EA is that they are having a negative impact on Nutrition Distribution’s fitness and bodybuilding product sales due to the alleged false advertising of EA’s products. According to Enhanced Athlete, Nutrition Distribution is simply suing its competition in order to coerce them to settle out of court for a comparably small amount of money with the only other option being to pay considerable legal fees fighting the cases in court. Nutrition Distribution requested a preliminary injunction against EA, but the court denied it stating that, “Plaintiff’s evidence does not establish a casual connection – or even more than a merely speculative connection – between Defendants’ product and marketing and Plaintiffs’ decrease in sales.” In a statement from EA, CEO, Scott Cavell says “Enhanced Athlete is not going to be the next victim of Nutrition Distribution’s shakedown scheme.”
